Mary B was AMAZING Mary B was a very nice, polite and patient person during our observation of Covid tests needed for travel. She was very patient while I uploaded the correct photo ID and she was nice interacting with my minor children. Her instructions were very easy to follow. The entire Avoza system has been easy to use. The appointment reminders are a little excessive, but they are nice too.

Wonderful services AZOVA provided wonderful services for my COVID 19 testing needs while abroad. Fast and courteous service, easy to schedule, instant results. The test was accepted by Delta Airlines/KLM and it was inexpensive ($20 for the telehealth watching session). A slight billing error was correctly instantly as well and very professionally by Kemli H. from AZOVA Customer Support. AZOVA is clearly the way to go for testing!

Excellent proctor support experience, long chat waits Excellent support and service on both Canadian and US sides of our journey. Proctors were clear in communications, and able to adapt to our change in schedules. Instructions were very clear and made this stressful process a calm organized one for us. Only reason for a 4(vs 5) was very long response times in the chat, at times over 4 hours. As travel rules were changing, this made pre-trip planning difficult.

Helpful! This was a very helpful service to get back to Canada after spending 2 weeks in Hawaii. Easy process - except for the verification. No one called me back and I had to wait for over 20 minutes in a chat for someone to verify, which extended the time required. Can't really complain as I did my swab on the beach and had a travel plan with my cell phone, but for those with limited internet time/a strict itinerary to follow, give yourself a bit more time!
