She reviewed my account screen and edited what was necessary to complete my profile. Zara was professional, patient and had a great sense of humor. Easy even for Seniors who don't communicate online. We are seniors who do not do a lot of online communicating; however, Spencer made this exceptionally easy for our testing. It's a little tricky using either the app or website, but in the end we had our results in the amount of time they advised we would. We'll be using them again in our international travel.

Helpful! This was a very helpful service to get back to Canada after spending 2 weeks in Hawaii. Easy process - except for the verification. No one called me back and I had to wait for over 20 minutes in a chat for someone to verify, which extended the time required. Can't really complain as I did my swab on the beach and had a travel plan with my cell phone, but for those with limited internet time/a strict itinerary to follow, give yourself a bit more time!
