Excellent Excellent! Easy to schedule online Covid appointments. I couldn’t figure out how to schedule my husband and myself under one reservation so I’d booked two separate ones. However when he signed in they asked how many people and looked up my reservation and added me in. Very good communication from reminders of test time to providing certification of results. Would definitely use again.

Mexico Trip Very easy to use! Set up account make your appointment, log on for your appointment using the app. The person directing the appointment was very good directing us through each step of the covid test. Sent results prompt. Great service saved much time for test to return to USA from Mexico. I highly recomend for using for foreign travel.

Everything about it was easy Everything about it was easy. Was able to book a testing time slot same day within a few minutes, test instructions were easy to follow, results were easy to download and later upload to airline. Would use again but hopefully this stupid pandemic is over.

Easy even for Seniors who don't communicate online. We are seniors who do not do a lot of online communicating; however, Spencer made this exceptionally easy for our testing. It's a little tricky using either the app or website, but in the end we had our results in the amount of time they advised we would. We'll be using them again in our international travel.

Wonderful services AZOVA provided wonderful services for my COVID 19 testing needs while abroad. Fast and courteous service, easy to schedule, instant results. The test was accepted by Delta Airlines/KLM and it was inexpensive ($20 for the telehealth watching session). A slight billing error was correctly instantly as well and very professionally by Kemli H. from AZOVA Customer Support. AZOVA is clearly the way to go for testing!
