Their program has made it easy for us to manage our 5 different store databases and email market to each of them using stored footer templates that are easily accessible when we want to change to a different location. Customer support is amazing, especially Brian! Always quick to respond and solve any technical issues or questions we have.

Pinpointe is the email service provider I've been looking for! I've tried a lot of email service providers and I've always been disappointed - until I found Pinpointe. I needed an email service provider with high-level features like automation, split testing and behavioral targeting. I found that and more with Pinpointe. It has all of the features I need, along with great analytics that let me compare campaigns and get specific stats that go beyond the basic open rates and click-throughs. Pinpointe Delivers Pinpointe was my first foray into email marketing platforms beyond the MailChimp, ConstantContact bunch. After an exhaustive sourcing effort Pinpointe got the nod, with reservations, over a range of competitors. They won the business on price, deliverability and support. The product set was not as robust as some larger competitors but, to their credit, Pinpointe not only had a roadmap that went where we wanted but, they delivered on it. What a breath of fresh air these folks are. Responsive and anticipatory are two of the hallmarks of our experience with Pinpointe. The platform is logical and easy to use, offers multiple levels of "in process" support and has some of the better testing tools I have run into. We are a customer, going on 3 years now. I keep my ear to the track and have yet to hear the rumble of a competitor that will supplant Pinpointe. I highly recommend their service.

The best part about Pinpointe is that… The best part about Pinpointe is that it allows my company to generate revenue and keep contact information at the same time. Please it has comprehensive reporting that allows us to make meaningful changes to our campaign. So far, I haven't found anything I don't like, which the expectation that I can only have one "segment" per contact. Other than that, Pinpointe has exceeded my expectations. Pintpointe on demand allows us to be nimble and responsive. It does this by saving us time and allowing us to engage faster and better than before.

Pinpointe makes my job easier! Pinpointe makes it easy to create and build emails with the Drag and Drop Campaign Builder. If I ever do run in to any issues, the customer service team is always quick and thorough with their responses. I mostly work on the design of our emails, but I know my team enjoys the tracking features and the surveys. Pinpointe makes it so I can get assigned a new email campaign, get it designed/built and sent out in the same day. I really enjoy using this program.
