I cannot express how happy we are to have made the move. The system is easy to use, very high quality. The team we have on our side, is awesome. Replies anytime, any day and mostly within 45 minutes. Our delivers, opens never better and reporting very clear and detailed. The continually work with us to achieve even better results. Highly recommended. We have been here almost 1 year now. GBPinpointe Delivers Pinpointe was my first foray into email marketing platforms beyond the MailChimp, ConstantContact bunch. After an exhaustive sourcing effort Pinpointe got the nod, with reservations, over a range of competitors. They won the business on price, deliverability and support. The product set was not as robust as some larger competitors but, to their credit, Pinpointe not only had a roadmap that went where we wanted but, they delivered on it. What a breath of fresh air these folks are. Responsive and anticipatory are two of the hallmarks of our experience with Pinpointe. The platform is logical and easy to use, offers multiple levels of "in process" support and has some of the better testing tools I have run into. We are a customer, going on 3 years now. I keep my ear to the track and have yet to hear the rumble of a competitor that will supplant Pinpointe. I highly recommend their service.

GBSupport is helpful Support is helpful. You typically get a reply within an hour and the support staff is very knowledgeable Inbox / Deliverability has been better than other systems we tested. Great testing tools to help improve results - multi-variant /split testing, inbox preview in 25+ inboxes and pre-flight spam checker

GBPinpointe On-Demand is a great product! I have seen what happens when a company has a great product but has a mediocre sales and support team. Pinpointe On-Demand as a product is great but their team is fantastic, a necessary step in the right direction, especially when you are walking in the dark! Coaching and training every step of the way. The only downside is that you cannot attach it to a different email connector (SMTP service) but this is expected. The WYSIWIG and the other features are great!
