Their program has made it easy for us to manage our 5 different store databases and email market to each of them using stored footer templates that are easily accessible when we want to change to a different location. GBIntuitive Interface + Supportive Staff Our company has been using several sending services for years and Pinpointe is simply the best. The pre-flight spam checker has helped us tremendously when sending out campaigns. Their interface is intuitive and they provide an amazing support staff (shoutout to Brian), which usually replies within an hour if we ever have any questions. What we like most about Pinpointe is their high-quality reporting. The information they offer is unlike any other service we’ve used, including click maps, link reports, and campaign quality scores. We recommend Pinpointe to any business with a large database.

GBPinpointe On-Demand is a great product! I have seen what happens when a company has a great product but has a mediocre sales and support team. Pinpointe On-Demand as a product is great but their team is fantastic, a necessary step in the right direction, especially when you are walking in the dark! Coaching and training every step of the way. The only downside is that you cannot attach it to a different email connector (SMTP service) but this is expected. The WYSIWIG and the other features are great!
