The pre-flight spam checker has helped us tremendously when sending out campaigns. Their interface is intuitive and they provide an amazing support staff (shoutout to Brian), which usually replies within an hour if we ever have any questions. What we like most about Pinpointe is their high-quality reporting. The information they offer is unlike any other service we’ve used, including click maps, link reports, and campaign quality scores. GBPinpointe makes my job easier! Pinpointe makes it easy to create and build emails with the Drag and Drop Campaign Builder. If I ever do run in to any issues, the customer service team is always quick and thorough with their responses. I mostly work on the design of our emails, but I know my team enjoys the tracking features and the surveys. Pinpointe makes it so I can get assigned a new email campaign, get it designed/built and sent out in the same day. I really enjoy using this program.
