I cannot express how happy we are to have made the move. The system is easy to use, very high quality. The team we have on our side, is awesome. Replies anytime, any day and mostly within 45 minutes. Our delivers, opens never better and reporting very clear and detailed. The continually work with us to achieve even better results. Highly recommended. We have been here almost 1 year now. GBI really like the WYSIWYG editor and… I really like the WYSIWYG editor and the option to view/edit the HTML code for my messages. Support is there if needed but the program is really user friendly.

GBGreat email marketing and contact management platform, recommend to all my clients Background: I'm a freelance web developer. Many of my clients often ask for help with picking out third-party software related to their website, like email marketing and SEO. I recommend Pinpointe hands down for email marketing. It integrates with SalesForce, has a customizable API, and has a WordPress plugin. Pros: - Clean, easy to use UI (little outdated, but they are experimenting with new designs throughout) - Statistics gathering and reporting - Support is very helpful, usually responding in < 1 hour. When a question turns out to be an issue with the system, their development team is also very responsive and quick to fix and patch issues - Deliverability of emails are better than other systems I've tested (the emails get sent and arrive when I plan, and look just like I designed them in the system) - Lots of email tools - split testing, inbox previewing, spam checker - Free training sessions and direct one-on-one onboarding with the owner - Offers an Enterprise edition (several clients of mine specifically needed this) Cons: - There is no price point for small senders (as in, send only a few emails a month or to very small groups), and there is no free tier account. They target high volume senders and enterprise customers primarily - Campaign builder options include a WYSIWYG and a drag-and-drop builder. The builder is fun to use and emails are true to design, but there is a lack of templates right now

GBI own multiple businesses and use … I own multiple businesses and use Pinpointe for all of them. The drag and drop email builder allows me to create emails easily without having to write HTML myself. The emails look good in multiple browsers. I much prefer phone support, but their chat support usually does the trick.
