GBI really like the WYSIWYG editor and… I really like the WYSIWYG editor and the option to view/edit the HTML code for my messages. Support is there if needed but the program is really user friendly.

GBPinpointe On-Demand is a great product! I have seen what happens when a company has a great product but has a mediocre sales and support team. Pinpointe On-Demand as a product is great but their team is fantastic, a necessary step in the right direction, especially when you are walking in the dark! Coaching and training every step of the way. The only downside is that you cannot attach it to a different email connector (SMTP service) but this is expected. The WYSIWIG and the other features are great!
