Their program has made it easy for us to manage our 5 different store databases and email market to each of them using stored footer templates that are easily accessible when we want to change to a different location. I really like the WYSIWYG editor and… I really like the WYSIWYG editor and the option to view/edit the HTML code for my messages. Support is there if needed but the program is really user friendly.

I own multiple businesses and use … I own multiple businesses and use Pinpointe for all of them. The drag and drop email builder allows me to create emails easily without having to write HTML myself. The emails look good in multiple browsers. I much prefer phone support, but their chat support usually does the trick.
