Pinpointe makes my job easier! Pinpointe makes it easy to create and build emails with the Drag and Drop Campaign Builder. If I ever do run in to any issues, the customer service team is always quick and thorough with their responses. I mostly work on the design of our emails, but I know my team enjoys the tracking features and the surveys. Pinpointe makes it so I can get assigned a new email campaign, get it designed/built and sent out in the same day. I really enjoy using this program.

I really like the WYSIWYG editor and… I really like the WYSIWYG editor and the option to view/edit the HTML code for my messages. Support is there if needed but the program is really user friendly.

Their program has made it easy for us to manage our 5 different store databases and email market to each of them using stored footer templates that are easily accessible when we want to change to a different location. I cannot express how happy we are to have made the move. The system is easy to use, very high quality. The team we have on our side, is awesome. Replies anytime, any day and mostly within 45 minutes. The best part about Pinpointe is that… The best part about Pinpointe is that it allows my company to generate revenue and keep contact information at the same time. Please it has comprehensive reporting that allows us to make meaningful changes to our campaign. So far, I haven't found anything I don't like, which the expectation that I can only have one "segment" per contact. Other than that, Pinpointe has exceeded my expectations. Pintpointe on demand allows us to be nimble and responsive. It does this by saving us time and allowing us to engage faster and better than before.
