GBPinpointe On-Demand is a great product! I have seen what happens when a company has a great product but has a mediocre sales and support team. Pinpointe On-Demand as a product is great but their team is fantastic, a necessary step in the right direction, especially when you are walking in the dark! Coaching and training every step of the way. The only downside is that you cannot attach it to a different email connector (SMTP service) but this is expected. The WYSIWIG and the other features are great!

It was a GREAT decision. Very informative and timely responses, full of ideas and resources to improve our email campaigns, and that does not begin to explain how it has helped our email campaigns overall. I would happily recommend them as an email service. In fact, I already have.

Great testing tools to help improve results - multi-variant /split testing, inbox preview in 25+ inboxes and pre-flight spam checker

I love Pinpointe's simple reporting features, which allow us to evaluate campaigns in real time, and their multi-variant and split testing tools help us to maximize our results. Another benefit of working with Pinpointe is the knowledge and responsiveness of their team. Any time we have a question or require additional information about a new feature, their support staff responds quickly, making us feel like their most important client. GBThe best part about Pinpointe is that… The best part about Pinpointe is that it allows my company to generate revenue and keep contact information at the same time. Please it has comprehensive reporting that allows us to make meaningful changes to our campaign. So far, I haven't found anything I don't like, which the expectation that I can only have one "segment" per contact. Other than that, Pinpointe has exceeded my expectations. Pintpointe on demand allows us to be nimble and responsive. It does this by saving us time and allowing us to engage faster and better than before.
