Had been waiting for the answers and… Had been waiting for the answers and feed back from the team but there's no follow up on the thread over a week. Tried the LiveCaht but none were answered except they will follow up on the case. Same boring waiting time had gone then finally 'Miles' help us out for the feed back and detailed information. Greatly appreciated for his/her help for the issue.

Namesilo's technical support is very…fast and professional Namesilo's technical support is very prompt, someone will reply to you within 1 minute, I like Miles, he finally helped me solve everything, I understood his guidance, before this, I didn't know what his colleagues meant, but He guided me. Thanks! I will continue to choose namesilo's service.

Anybody has dealt with GoDaddy… Anybody has dealt with GoDaddy nightmares? Restrictions, inflated renewal prices, labyrinth of pages to get things done for your DNS, then try NameSilo. I have been using them for a couple of years, and now I'm moving my new employer's company's domains here after we had the same nighmares as described above, and most important speaking to real human beings around the clock from the first contact, not speaking to a Bot for 15 minutes only to drive you crazy yet get no answers. So, NameSilo plz keep the human touch you have for the live support, and and keep up the unbeatable prices.

I do not recommend NameSilo I do not recommend NameSilo, as it seems to want to take over the client's domain and to do so creates excuses and pretexts to take over the client's domains. NameSilo removed a domain from the panel, without notifying or informing the reason, just to keep it. Be careful with this company as it may steal your domain!
