Tried the LiveCaht but none were answered except they will follow up on the case. Same boring waiting time had gone then finally 'Miles' help us out for the feed back and detailed information. MX Record removal bug I have been trying to get a resolution to a bug in removing mx records so that I can properly set everything up with MS365. I was hopeful when text chat got back with me and assigned a ticket #. However, I am now days past getting a ticket # and still no resolution. I have reached out through the help chat several times to get a contact phone number to get my issue resolved and I get the run around and no actual help in fixing the issue. I tried to respond to the initial email with the ticket # and no response. I have had multiple domains setup with them for years and never needed support and it was smooth. However, their support group is lacking. Please provide a number so I can get issues resolved and not just put into limbo with only a ticket number.

For some reasons, I couldn't log in to namesilo on that particular day and so, I registered for that same domain name under my original hosting. Yet, I encountered some difficulties, and I sought help from Mr Miles of namesilo. Although I didn't purchase my domain name from namesilo this round time, Mr Miles was very patient in assisting me with the issues on hand. Amazing Support, even with the cheapest hosting option! I am using basic hosting (cheapest) to try out the service and figured I was on my own. I was having troubles transferring my wordpress site in and a tech support person named Miles stayed online and helped me through the entire process. There was a technical wordpress issue in uploading and Miles made sure my problem was taken care of all the way! He was amazing!

I do not recommend NameSilo I do not recommend NameSilo, as it seems to want to take over the client's domain and to do so creates excuses and pretexts to take over the client's domains. NameSilo removed a domain from the panel, without notifying or informing the reason, just to keep it. Be careful with this company as it may steal your domain!
