Thank you, Mr Miles! Hi, all. I had been using namesilo for many years. However recently, I let my domain name lapse and I wanted to use back the same domain name again. For some reasons, I couldn't log in to namesilo on that particular day and so, I registered for that same domain name under my original hosting. Yet, I encountered some difficulties, and I sought help from Mr Miles of namesilo. Although I didn't purchase my domain name from namesilo this round time, Mr Miles was very patient in assisting me with the issues on hand. Thank you, Mr Miles, for the kind service and excellent assistance. Namesilo is definitely a brand that I would always turn to and recommend to all of you out there. NamSilo for simple domain management - others for hosting. I switched to using Namesilo for domain purchases and management after being screwed by wix and ionos years back. Very easy to purchase, and manage domains with NameSilo, although their interface looks dated, like it's a site built in the 1990's, but it's simple and it works. I Have been currently using IONOS for web hosting my Namesilo domains, and that appears to be a safer bet, so the hosting company doesn't hold my domains hostage if there is ever a problem.

Great, fast customer service chat Working my way through setting up a new website. I did domain, hosting, email, SSL all through NameSilo. Had an issue with the SSL activation. I jumped on the NameSilo support chat, and Miles helped me out. He had the SSL activated and running in less than 5 minutes. All around excellent support, and patience for user questions.

Amazing Support, even with the cheapest hosting option! I am using basic hosting (cheapest) to try out the service and figured I was on my own. I was having troubles transferring my wordpress site in and a tech support person named Miles stayed online and helped me through the entire process. There was a technical wordpress issue in uploading and Miles made sure my problem was taken care of all the way! He was amazing!
