Affordable and superb service Been NameSilo domain customer for years and recently started using their Hosting service. Super happy so far with the service and quality. Needed some support and Miles helped me swiftly and resolved my issue which is greatly appreciated. Keep it up Miles and Namesilo team. Anyone looking for affordable domain and hosting should seriously consider Namesilo. Highly recommended.

Had been waiting for the answers and… Had been waiting for the answers and feed back from the team but there's no follow up on the thread over a week. Tried the LiveCaht but none were answered except they will follow up on the case. Same boring waiting time had gone then finally 'Miles' help us out for the feed back and detailed information. Greatly appreciated for his/her help for the issue.

Anybody has dealt with GoDaddy… Anybody has dealt with GoDaddy nightmares? Restrictions, inflated renewal prices, labyrinth of pages to get things done for your DNS, then try NameSilo. I have been using them for a couple of years, and now I'm moving my new employer's company's domains here after we had the same nighmares as described above, and most important speaking to real human beings around the clock from the first contact, not speaking to a Bot for 15 minutes only to drive you crazy yet get no answers. So, NameSilo plz keep the human touch you have for the live support, and and keep up the unbeatable prices.

Thank you, Mr Miles! Hi, all. I had been using namesilo for many years. However recently, I let my domain name lapse and I wanted to use back the same domain name again. For some reasons, I couldn't log in to namesilo on that particular day and so, I registered for that same domain name under my original hosting. Yet, I encountered some difficulties, and I sought help from Mr Miles of namesilo. Although I didn't purchase my domain name from namesilo this round time, Mr Miles was very patient in assisting me with the issues on hand. Thank you, Mr Miles, for the kind service and excellent assistance. Namesilo is definitely a brand that I would always turn to and recommend to all of you out there. The customer service is simply excellent. Sincerely, DT
