Great experience so far Been using this platform for about two months now and so far we have gotten extra 35 submissions. I feel like this is a great form because it’s saving time from having to go back-and-forth on emails.

Excellent product - 1 detail missing Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.

Cognito Forms makes it so easy! Cognito Forms makes it so easy to develop contracts, surveys, or any kind of informational form. I've only been working with the program for a couple of months, but I'm really impressed.

View of Folders being displayed. Being able to see all the folders on the side of the screen. It would be nice to be able colour the file folders based on department / by staff users. Or being able to set up sub folders with folders underneath each folder to group them together to save space.

Straightforward and not too long It was straightforward and the didn’t take much time apart from the log in process of having to copy and paste a new password after saving the work and coming back as I did not remember the original password .
