I really like Cognito Forms for my magazine! I really like Cognito Forms! I use the free version and it works great for me! I run a magazine publication and we feature work by contributors from all around the world. Potential contributors are able to easily submit their work to my Cognito Form for me to review; it's much easier than receiving submissions in my email inbox, which is what I used to do!

View of Folders being displayed. Being able to see all the folders on the side of the screen. It would be nice to be able colour the file folders based on department / by staff users. Or being able to set up sub folders with folders underneath each folder to group them together to save space.

Excellent product - 1 detail missing Excellent product, but the one thing the free version needs is the ability to not just email a third party (one is fine), but to send a copy of responses to the individual filling in a form. This is a fundamental need that needs to be included in the non-paid version. For non-profit organisations (in our case less that 50 members), a year's subscription for 4 times a year puts the system out of reach. That's all that's missing for a 5 star.
