GBOverall a good product Overall a good product. I like that we have the options to build our form, however when it loads into our database the 10 digit phone number isn't filling in correctly, and I don't see a way to edit that. Some phone numbers have ( ) for area codes, some have - dashes, and others are straight 10 digits. This is and will be an ongoing issue as the majority of the population will use a cellular device for emails, communication, and donation platforms.

GBEXPIRED COGNITO FORMS In my professional opinion I feel like once the form has expired and the work is complete, it should be have the ability for the user to archive or delete. This would help with efficiency and timing. Instead of having to scroll through hundreds off past or old or expired requests.

GBGreat experience so far Been using this platform for about two months now and so far we have gotten extra 35 submissions. I feel like this is a great form because it’s saving time from having to go back-and-forth on emails.
