The forms are very easy to create The forms are very easy to create, especially when you use the templates. I also loved the fact that the notification email when someone fills the order form is automatic. I did not have to configure anything to get this.This feature is very important as I can keep track of any new submission.

No Coding Made Simple For as simple and straightforward this app can do a lot. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for no-coding apps to look at Cognito Forms first before going into deeper waters with more complicated sites.

Needle in a Haystack! Best form tool ever! Cognito Forms was the needle in a haystack that we were looking for! After searching countless sites that would help us build a custom form for our school district’s professional development event we finally found Cognito Forms and it was everything we needed and more. I love the attention to detail, down to the color, shape and font of the text on the page and buttons to being able to customize the width of each prompt. Having the opportunity to customize the images on the form with the option to add links and even show specific graphics based on selections the staff made was incredible. It made everything look so professional and polished. The custom landing page with each teacher’s PD class selections after hitting submit is an incredibly helpful feature too. It was a joy making our forms, seeing just a glimpse of what it could do, and getting to see it in action once our sign up day came. The only feature that would make our experience even better would be a simple way to have a follow up email of responses sent on a specific future date (as a reminder). We were able to set one up using a timestamp option, but a dedicated option to select a date/time for the extra copy would make things even easier. Highly recommend using for any event large or small! Having the option to limit responses by quantity was perfect for limiting sign up for sessions based on the capacity of our classrooms! We couldn’t be happier.
