KEThe forms are very easy to create The forms are very easy to create, especially when you use the templates. I also loved the fact that the notification email when someone fills the order form is automatic. I did not have to configure anything to get this.This feature is very important as I can keep track of any new submission.

CAView of Folders being displayed. Being able to see all the folders on the side of the screen. It would be nice to be able colour the file folders based on department / by staff users. Or being able to set up sub folders with folders underneath each folder to group them together to save space.
