Needle in a Haystack! Best form tool ever! Cognito Forms was the needle in a haystack that we were looking for! After searching countless sites that would help us build a custom form for our school district’s professional development event we finally found Cognito Forms and it was everything we needed and more. I love the attention to detail, down to the color, shape and font of the text on the page and buttons to being able to customize the width of each prompt. Having the opportunity to customize the images on the form with the option to add links and even show specific graphics based on selections the staff made was incredible. It made everything look so professional and polished. The custom landing page with each teacher’s PD class selections after hitting submit is an incredibly helpful feature too. It was a joy making our forms, seeing just a glimpse of what it could do, and getting to see it in action once our sign up day came. The only feature that would make our experience even better would be a simple way to have a follow up email of responses sent on a specific future date (as a reminder). We were able to set one up using a timestamp option, but a dedicated option to select a date/time for the extra copy would make things even easier. Highly recommend using for any event large or small! Having the option to limit responses by quantity was perfect for limiting sign up for sessions based on the capacity of our classrooms! We couldn’t be happier.

Robust, flexible and easy to use Their pricing has made it easy for me to use the forms to help get early feedback for a free lead magnet I'm developing, before it is launched along side a new venture. Their supportive staff and great range of features have helped me to track key insights, and embed their forms on my website despite other providers not being able to get their embed option to work effectively. Their premium offerings also make it easy for me to see how I can scale up my activities, with nuanced and advanced features that will help to engage my customers after the official launch. Robust, flexible and easy to use. They also have good options for using conditional logic both at the free and paid levels.

EXPIRED COGNITO FORMS In my professional opinion I feel like once the form has expired and the work is complete, it should be have the ability for the user to archive or delete. This would help with efficiency and timing. Instead of having to scroll through hundreds off past or old or expired requests.

Cognito Forms are very easy to use Cognito Forms are very easy to use, and the price is good compared to others, although I am using the free version for now as I build my site`s traction I will upgrade in time, great service. Thanks. Gus
