GBQuick fix of a broken link Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!

AUQuick customer support saved the day I accidentally included a preview link in a survey email, meaning people could complete the survey but the results would not be captured. As soon as I realised the mistake I used the help-bot which put me in touch the support team. Ray responded quickly and swapped out the dud link with the correct one, and we didnt lose any survey results.

GBPoor support Help desk is slow, even for a simple question, despite the fact that we pay for support (as required by the contract). Chat support is only a bot so if the bot directing you to the existing help entries can't help you, you have to wait a day for a response.

AULate in day query rapidly and effectively resolved. Had a query about reaching out again to people who had not opened an earlier email. Asked very late on a Friday afternoon and got a helpful immediate automated response. That was followed very quickly after by a very detailed and very helpful response, which contained very good advice and additional links to help me. I'm most impressed by the thoughtful care my enquiry received and the good advice given - automatically and particularly with the in-person followup. Clearly, the Campaign Monitor organisation is strongly customer focused and well staffed, and so one I strongly recommend.
