GBVery quick fix After a client's newsletter was sent (after being proofed by several people), the client realized an incorrect URL. I was able to contact Campaign Monitor, ask them to correct the URL and all of this took placed within 5-10 minutes. VERY happy with the quick turnaround which minimized too many recipients seeing the incorrect URL.

GBQuick fix of a broken link Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!

GBNeeds an HTML export! On the whole, the platform is efficient, easy to use and excellent for creating best-in-class designed email templates. The list function is simple and easy to use and it has all the automation functionality you'd expect from a CRM platform. However, it is sorely lacking an HTML Export function! Rivals like Mailchimp have an HTML function, but no such function exists in Campaign Monitor, which is a huge shame considering that CM is one of the best email platforms from a visual design perspective.

IE2FA Active, Still Required to Select Images The sign in process is one of the most annoying I have ever experienced. Have 2FA on and get a code sent but that doesn't stop being asked to choose bikes, cars or some other crap. Often taking 4+ goes before being given access to account. It is a pity because the service itself once in is great but this really needs to be sorted out.
