INDrift is a 5/5 chat solution. Hey, So, my company started using Drift for our chat support requirements a few months ago. I have found this amazing so far. The pipelines make it really easy for me to track the chats for our different products. The filter system to find out my chats and other previous chats works nicely. I like the "Add Internal Note" option and how easily we can just attach files to send them over. Hence, 5 out of 5. Only one thing that you guys should also involve is the system of LIVE TRANSLATE. Let us say that one of my customer is from Netherlands. So, chats to him should get translated to DUTCH if I enable this feature. This will really make Drift a complete 5 out of 5. You can just use the location tracing feature to find out the country and start the LIVE TRANSLATE feature. It can help me to gather reviews from my customers.

GBEasy to use, loads of power and potential Easy to use, easy to build and easy to integrate with Salesforce!! There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)

GBLove Drift Love Drift! Have used it with my past two companies. We always see a spike in engagement after we install it. So effective to be able to communicate directly with our users in real time. Drift's team is also incredibly helpful whenever I have a question or issue.

CAGreat tool to grow Direct Booking! We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking. I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications. Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.
