Excellent addition to the sales org I genuinely like Drift and the functionality it brings to my team. We are fairly new in taking on the project and are just starting to really see positive results. We get a large amount of traffic on our website and the chat feature is a must have to be competitive. We have seen millions in pipeline that we can attribute as coming from Drift. We are going to start utilizing the live view function soon to proactively chat with site visitors and help enhance their experience on our website.

Great tool to grow Direct Booking! We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking. I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications. Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.
