Would like to see weekly meetings/updates with Drift reps. I do find we too many on site visitors with generic yahoo, gmail, etc emails and not business related inquiries. Not much inquires during EST hours at all.

Love Drift Love Drift! Have used it with my past two companies. We always see a spike in engagement after we install it. So effective to be able to communicate directly with our users in real time. Drift's team is also incredibly helpful whenever I have a question or issue.

They're plugin is great but I noticed a… They're plugin is great but I noticed a slow down in page loading times. My setup was Genesis framework with Gutenberg, I wanted a clean setup with no bloat, prior utilizing Drift my page loaded in under 2 seconds. This went on to 8 seconds with the plugin set up in the back end. Since then I've switched to Astra, will give it a try again with this theme and then try on Genesis again. Overall, its a great service, the options and look of it looks great on my page. Will recommend Drift to others, they're bound to have better performance than I (switching to cloud and CDN should help I suppose)

Drift support is the best! My company is getting ready to launch Drift on our website in the coming week. I have to say, getting set up has been so easy, thanks to the great help of our Customer Success Manager, John R. He has been very helpful and provided video instructions, one-on-one meeting consultations, and quick answers to my email questions. All of the materials he has provided have been easy-to-follow and comprehensive, reflecting how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is to use during set-up. I am so excited for Drift to launch on our site, thanks to all of the great support we've received from John and everyone at Drift!

Big fan of Drift Big fan of Drift! For context, I'm in sales for a small software company. Of the seemingly infinite number of tools we have, Drift is by far the easiest to learn, and has the coolest, most useful features. PLUS, our Drift representative is so attentive and helpful, which seems somewhat rare as a small business / medium business. Recommendations: • Download the mobile app - super helpful! (You'll have to search for "Drift.com Inc." because there are a lot of Drifting game apps.) • Use live chat to connect with prospects and answer questions as they check out your website. • Use Drift Video feature to let your leads know you're a real person. (You can also send gifs and screen captures!!) • Integrate your current lead outreach with Drift to see when prospects are on your website. (I follow this up with a phone call to which leads respond "I was just on your website!")
