GBit's a bit too soon to give an opinion… it's a bit too soon to give an opinion as we've only been working with Drift a short time! The service reps have been very helpful. Would like to see weekly meetings/updates with Drift reps. I do find we too many on site visitors with generic yahoo, gmail, etc emails and not business related inquiries. Not much inquires during EST hours at all.

ROThe app never really works and pricing is tricky The app never really works. All their client numbers are fake. Many quit after a few months because the app just doesn't work. Integrations fail, they change API documentation without warning, they offer little to no tech support in fixing the mess they make. Also their pricing is tricky and you cannot cancel easily. They keep billing under some imaginary terms. We made legal complaints and chargebacks...

CYhorrible experience horrible experience. supports only the basics of whatever we wanted to achieve and then we had to find workarounds for the rest. their documentation images never matched the end result we could achieve, their support never knew how to help or avoided the question giving unhelpful alternatives, and, worst of all, after we have invested so much time into their product, they have now started sunsetting the features we use. absolutely no respect for their customers. avoid!

GBThere really is not alternative to… There really is not alternative to Drift. If you want to work with playbooks to create chatbots, Drift is the only way to go. A couple of observations: - In order to really utilize their "playbook" option, you need to pay for a plan. The free one simply won't suffice (the functionality isn't even extended to free users). If you're just looking for a free chat widget, then there are better options. - There is a huge learning curve. I think the UI for the admins could use some work.

GBDrift is a great! Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!
