Lycamobile charged me without my consent and very rude behavior of customer service representative RITHWAN On 4/26/2024 midnight Lycamobile charged me $31.50 without my consent. When I called, customer service representative named RITHWAN said that they auto-renewed my plan and charged the previous plan amount. But I haven't enabled the auto-renewal at all and told the same to him. As it was charged without my consent I was asking for the refund but he said "You don't have any rights to ask for refund as you already consumed 275.968 KB". Is this how a customer service representative will talk to a customer? Better hire the people who has some manners. He was talking like a CEO of the company. Customer service staff should maintain some professionalism while talking to customers. If I don't have rights for refund, WHAT RIGHTS LYCAMOBILE HAS TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT?

This individual showcased an exceptional level of empathy and professionalism throughout our conversation. Despite not being responsible for my initial issues, the representative offered a thoughtful perspective on how sometimes, customer service can vary due to different factors affecting representatives. His insights were incredibly enlightening, reminding me to consider the human aspect behind each interaction. He was not only supportive but also provided comforting advice on how holding onto negative experiences could impact my own mental health. Interacting with him was like talking to a friend who genuinely cares. This experience was, by far, the best customer service I've ever received. It was refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to genuinely helping customers, beyond just resolving standard queries. His approach made a significant difference in my day and my outlook on future interactions with customer service. Inadequate and useless service I have purchased a ESIM with a plan on 21st April 2024, did all the proceedings to transfer my previous number from Mint mobile to Lycamobile. Then while I was scanning the QR code with one of your associates from helpline, she gave me wrong guidelines that hampered the settings of my mobile. After scanning the QR code, cellular network was working but my mobile data was not working. After 30 minutes of trying me and your associate failed and so she told me to delete the sim and she put up a request for a new QR code with the same number. Since then I have been waiting for a QR code and regularly calling your helpline for response but I cannot find any solution. I am out of any mobile network since last 3 days.

This Has been the WORST EXPERIENCE This Has been the WORST EXPERIENCE . The customer service is such nasty work . I pray this company closes soon ! They will not let me transfer my number to a different company and the data/internet sucks ! I’ve reported them to each and every Bureau/company that I could’ve ! I never write review (Negative ones anyway) just know that I’m PISSED. And please don’t come under my review with an automated BS answer . May that company get what they deserve .
