GBVery Patient Customer Service Rep 30513 Fatima Customer Service Rep Fatima (30513) was very patient with me when I could not hear her as she was trying to help me get my account transferred from AT&T to LycaMobile. I am partially deaf, and I could not hear some of the words Fatima was saying. I also did not remember something that a previous customer service rep had done, and that caused me to misunderstand some of what Fatima was trying to tell me. I am thankful Fatima is very patient and kind. Thank you, LycaMobile, for hiring good people.

GBCustomer service from kindergarten The customer service is terrible. I had a (personal opinion) very easy question towards them and even for the 4th call they were not able to provide me the needed information - I heard 4 different versions why they could not help me and for the the last time I haven’t got any explanation. Also their response time is ridiculous, took them 4 days to reply - also without the needed details. If the plan wouldn’t have been good they provided I would give 1 star…

GBEarly Days I had to talk to three people after much hanging on before I was put through to Quen on extension 30181 who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. As a newcomer to Lyca Mobile I can only wait and see how they perform before commenting on the company............

GBThe Magic of Lycamobile Lycamobile service has been great for me, service is from ID 30955 operator. The account feature needs some minor improvements, however; the phone service is top notch! Keep up the good work.
