Abdellatef, customer service person good Called Lycamobile customer service for couple of issues I was having since morning today. Mr. Abdellatef helped me resolve all the issues by explaining me the details and walked me through steps to resolve one issue, escalated another issue to the team after speaking to his manager. Early Days I had to talk to three people after much hanging on before I was put through to Quen on extension 30181 who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. As a newcomer to Lyca Mobile I can only wait and see how they perform before commenting on the company............
