Lyca is lucky to have Nizar… This 5 star review is for Nizar not for the other cusotmer service rep working there in lyca. I had issue with the old sim and called to do sim swap , on my first call , lady (I didn't get her name ) was so rude and mean , she told in order to do sim swap we need to first find if there is any network issue on previous sim wth 🤦‍♀️and denied to sim swap. Then I hang up and called again at this time Nizar answered my call and he was so nice, he verify my frequently dialed num and verify old sim and all the required information before processing the sim swap and after verification of all information he did swap my sim and also helped me to enable wifi calling too.

Abdellatef, customer service person good Called Lycamobile customer service for couple of issues I was having since morning today. Mr. Abdellatef helped me resolve all the issues by explaining me the details and walked me through steps to resolve one issue, escalated another issue to the team after speaking to his manager.
