GBThis Has been the WORST EXPERIENCE This Has been the WORST EXPERIENCE . The customer service is such nasty work . I pray this company closes soon ! They will not let me transfer my number to a different company and the data/internet sucks ! I’ve reported them to each and every Bureau/company that I could’ve ! I never write review (Negative ones anyway) just know that I’m PISSED. And please don’t come under my review with an automated BS answer . May that company get what they deserve .

GBLyca is lucky to have Nizar… This 5 star review is for Nizar not for the other cusotmer service rep working there in lyca. I had issue with the old sim and called to do sim swap , on my first call , lady (I didn't get her name ) was so rude and mean , she told in order to do sim swap we need to first find if there is any network issue on previous sim wth 🤦♀️and denied to sim swap. Then I hang up and called again at this time Nizar answered my call and he was so nice, he verify my frequently dialed num and verify old sim and all the required information before processing the sim swap and after verification of all information he did swap my sim and also helped me to enable wifi calling too.

GBCustomer service from kindergarten The customer service is terrible. I had a (personal opinion) very easy question towards them and even for the 4th call they were not able to provide me the needed information - I heard 4 different versions why they could not help me and for the the last time I haven’t got any explanation. Also their response time is ridiculous, took them 4 days to reply - also without the needed details. If the plan wouldn’t have been good they provided I would give 1 star…

GBEarly Days I had to talk to three people after much hanging on before I was put through to Quen on extension 30181 who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. As a newcomer to Lyca Mobile I can only wait and see how they perform before commenting on the company............
