Thank you Feeling very grateful that Identity Guard caught fraud on my account. I received an email that asked if I opened a new credit card. The card was obtained online using all my personal information. Identity Guard helped me call the card issuer and stop all transactions from occurring. I also got help letting credit report agencies know about the fraud.

I called Identity Guard when I received… I called Identity Guard when I received a credit alert. Jeff took my information and connected us to the bank in question. Jeff walked me through the process, gave me excellent advice as how to further protect myself and explained everything extremely well. I am happy to be an Identity Guard member

Help when I needed it most Bibi was terrific I was in good hands today with Bibi guiding me through the process of trying to contact retailers and credit companies where someone may have tried to use my information to open up accounts. I appreciated her patience, understanding, and kindness throughout this process. She is very good at her job and very knowledgeable about the process. I now realize the value of this service after having this interaction with Bibi.

Juanita was great. Juanita was great. She patiently listened as I explained the fraudulent check that cleared my account and how Bank of America had been totally unresponsive and provided no status or any acknowledgement that BoA was even working on the theft. Juanita got BoA's fraud group on the phone and within minutes the BoA representative put the stolen money ($4,880.36) back into my account while we were on the phone!! If it were not for Juanita's intervention who knows how long I would have been waiting for or if I would have ever received my money back.

Only monitors 1 credit agency and you have to monitor the others Signed up this morning. 1 hr later I am canceling. Very difficult website to navigate. Help button closes window and logs you out. Was told if I want to monitor other 2 credit bureaus I have to call myself and speak to them directly. They do not offer reporting services on the other 2 agencies. NO ability to freeze or lock other services. They were not willing to close account until I started arguing with them
