GBJacob Provided me Exceptional Support Jacob provided me with excellent support. He listened to what my issue was about. Then he provided me excellent documentation about what actions I needed to take to solve my problem. With his assistance I was able to uninstall, download and reinstall the application that was presenting problems. The problem has been solved. Very personable man, Jacob. Highly recommend this gentleman get a huge bonus. :)

GBCould Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

GBThis was a great experience This was a great experience! I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

GBJacob picked up my email and responded… Jacob picked up my email and responded within the allotted time. He was polite and professional. However, I stumbled onto the solution and had fixed it by the time he was able to respond. He did explain that the problem was driven by Microsoft, which I discovered in my stumbling around.
