Exceeding Expectations I just retired and was concerned I would not be able to match the same level of MS Office software and support I was accustomed to in my professional position. Office 2016 purchase I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.

Super easy to find the right product… Super easy to find the right product and purchase it. Somehow, I purchased it (Word Office), but did not download it. When I tried to use Word, it wouldn't work right, saying I didn't register it. I clicked the "register" button and a few minutes later, boom, everything is perfect. Way cheaper and easier than having to buy a yearly license! Thanks!!

Smooth process Smooth process, advise to register by telephone, rather than online and you'll have no problem. Everything fine. I have used several low cost software providers many times before and these guys have done a first class job. Recommended - not a scam, this is genuine and reliable.
