When I tried to use Word, it wouldn't work right, saying I didn't register it. I clicked the "register" button and a few minutes later, boom, everything is perfect. Way cheaper and easier than having to buy a yearly license! Thanks!!

This company sold me a discounted… This company sold me a discounted Microsoft Word program. When it did not work I complained to Microsoft. Microsoft advised me they never sell a discounted program through a third party. This download fouled up my downloading a legit Word program. Never buy from this company.

Then he provided me excellent documentation about what actions I needed to take to solve my problem. With his assistance I was able to uninstall, download and reinstall the application that was presenting problems. The problem has been solved. Very personable man, Jacob. Highly recommend this gentleman get a huge bonus. :)

Terrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.
