Samedaysoftware Saves the Day Like many others, Covid has hit me hard in the wallet. Since my work schedule has been impacted, I have more time for volunteer work. I'm part of a group working to encourage people to fill out the 2020 Census, and needed to use Power Point to create a slide show. My version was so old it kept crashing. Samedaysoftware's price for a newer version of Office was so reasonable, I was able to update my software without a hitch. And...not one crash!!

I was a little skeptical at first… I was a little skeptical at first because of the reasonable price. Since my first purchase I have bought Office from them 3 different times for 3 computers and everyone has worked perfect.

Could Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

I had to go to my credit card company for a refund I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. The activation numbers they gave me did not work. i tried to resolve this problem with numerous emails. they have no phone to call or talk to someone. they did not resolve my proble, they did not even try to resolve my problem. this went on for a week, and i finaly went to my credit card company. With so many software supliers out there, don't just look a bogus ratings. find out out is there a phone number to call, call it 1st, ask questions. in my experience, this is not a reputable company.

Smooth process Smooth process, advise to register by telephone, rather than online and you'll have no problem. Everything fine. I have used several low cost software providers many times before and these guys have done a first class job. Recommended - not a scam, this is genuine and reliable.
