I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

Office 2016 purchase I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.

When I tried to use Word, it wouldn't work right, saying I didn't register it. I clicked the "register" button and a few minutes later, boom, everything is perfect. Way cheaper and easier than having to buy a yearly license! Thanks!!

I just purchased Microsoft Office 2019… I just purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional for Windows PC. Download was instant. I needed help activating the software, Jacob helped me right away and I was up and running in no time! all I needed to do was activate my software purchase using the phone method instead of online. Could Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.
