I had to go to my credit card company for a refund I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. The activation numbers they gave me did not work. i tried to resolve this problem with numerous emails. they have no phone to call or talk to someone. they did not resolve my proble, they did not even try to resolve my problem. this went on for a week, and i finaly went to my credit card company. With so many software supliers out there, don't just look a bogus ratings. find out out is there a phone number to call, call it 1st, ask questions. in my experience, this is not a reputable company.

Super easy to find the right product… Super easy to find the right product and purchase it. Somehow, I purchased it (Word Office), but did not download it. When I tried to use Word, it wouldn't work right, saying I didn't register it. I clicked the "register" button and a few minutes later, boom, everything is perfect. Way cheaper and easier than having to buy a yearly license! Thanks!!

Office 2016 purchase I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.
