I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

Terrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.

However, I stumbled onto the solution and had fixed it by the time he was able to respond. He did explain that the problem was driven by Microsoft, which I discovered in my stumbling around.

I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. I've just purchased a new MacBook a… I've just purchased a new MacBook a couple weeks ago and needed Microsoft Office installed. Quickly!
