I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. However, I stumbled onto the solution and had fixed it by the time he was able to respond. He did explain that the problem was driven by Microsoft, which I discovered in my stumbling around.

Super easy to find the right product… Super easy to find the right product and purchase it. Somehow, I purchased it (Word Office), but did not download it. When I tried to use Word, it wouldn't work right, saying I didn't register it. I clicked the "register" button and a few minutes later, boom, everything is perfect. Way cheaper and easier than having to buy a yearly license! Thanks!!
