GBCould Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

GBTerrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.

GBSamedaysoftware Saves the Day Like many others, Covid has hit me hard in the wallet. Since my work schedule has been impacted, I have more time for volunteer work. I'm part of a group working to encourage people to fill out the 2020 Census, and needed to use Power Point to create a slide show. My version was so old it kept crashing. Samedaysoftware's price for a newer version of Office was so reasonable, I was able to update my software without a hitch. And...not one crash!!

GBThis was a great experience This was a great experience! I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

GBI was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. Everything is installed and working fine - I can say in all sincerity to him... thanks for the time and the support. Respectfully, Milton Robertson
