I needed help activating the software, Jacob helped me right away and I was up and running in no time! all I needed to do was activate my software purchase using the phone method instead of online. Could Not Activate Office I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. I was a little skeptical at first… I was a little skeptical at first because of the reasonable price. Since my first purchase I have bought Office from them 3 different times for 3 computers and everyone has worked perfect.

Office 2016 purchase I bought Office 2016 version from you and it downloaded okay. The only issue I've encountered is that there are now quite a few automatic prompts to install updates, and the most recent one says it can't install because it has encountered a problem. They also indicate that they are 2011 version updates--but I didn't get prompts about them when 2011 was the version I had. I'm concerned that installing 2011 updates might screw up the 2016 installation (like the one just mentioned), so I've started rejecting them.
