It's a scam It's a scam. I was able to download and use their Microsoft products for a limited time. I started having issues with them and they would not return my emails. I have no other way to contact them. Do not use this company! Horrible customer service.

Jacob was very helpful. I didn't read the instructions for the download properly and was very frustrated. When I emailed for help, Jacob was very patient and helpful and I got it all done with his instructions. He has also been excellent about followup. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware for software purchase.

Jacob was extremely helpful. Jacob was extremely helpful to me after I purchased software. I had issues and was not able to use MS word or office. He contacted me when needed. I appreciate that type of support especially in a world filled with people that don't want to help anyone. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks again!!

I was a little frustrated before I got… I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed. This was a great experience This was a great experience! I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.
