Exceeding Expectations I just retired and was concerned I would not be able to match the same level of MS Office software and support I was accustomed to in my professional position. Sameday Software exceeded all expectations both on price, Ease of download, use, and quality of performance. They also reached out shortly after purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Told them I was delighted.

Terrible customer service I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.

I had to go to my credit card company for a refund I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. The activation numbers they gave me did not work. i tried to resolve this problem with numerous emails. they have no phone to call or talk to someone. they did not resolve my proble, they did not even try to resolve my problem. this went on for a week, and i finaly went to my credit card company. With so many software supliers out there, don't just look a bogus ratings. find out out is there a phone number to call, call it 1st, ask questions. in my experience, this is not a reputable company.

Jacob Provided me Exceptional Support Jacob provided me with excellent support. He listened to what my issue was about. Then he provided me excellent documentation about what actions I needed to take to solve my problem. With his assistance I was able to uninstall, download and reinstall the application that was presenting problems. The problem has been solved. Very personable man, Jacob. Highly recommend this gentleman get a huge bonus. :)

Jacob was extremely helpful. Jacob was extremely helpful to me after I purchased software. I had issues and was not able to use MS word or office. He contacted me when needed. I appreciate that type of support especially in a world filled with people that don't want to help anyone. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks again!!
