Typical bait and switch type finance… Typical bait and switch type finance programs. Misleading and sneaky back door rates up to 36% for people with excellent credit . Your initial contact sales reps are complete liars . I have kept a chronological order of all my dealings with HEARTH , and emails . I am definitely going to report these to the proper authorities. Disgusting practices, all blamed on the lenders , yet HEARTH is my contact for these companies. It’s called Bait and switch . Period.

Best customer service rep ever! She was wonderful! So personable, get attitude and sense of humor. Did not waste any of my time, short and sweet call but touched on everything necessary. Hands down the best customer service call I have ever had. She was prepared and walked me through the whole process. She’s an asset to the Hearth team :)
