I did call you before the payment went through, but you refuse to cancel even though you sent no reminder. The fact that you flat refuse to offer any kind of compensation/ refund or cancel it is ludicrous. If I have an unhappy customer, the last thing I am going to do is refuse to work with them.

Excellent Customer Service Jannice was very personable and a delight to talk to. She showed me how to use my system for new clients. I called slightly panicked because I am not tech savvy and I didn't use the system before. But, I hung up excited to share Hearth financing with my client. I know what to do, how to use it with our current CRM numbers and, sync invoices with our Quickbooks. Thank you Janice.
