Questions? Call us at (512) 686-4141 My policy is: "You need to let me know before you renew my annual subscription and charge me $1800 for a service that is inferior and cumbersome for my clients." I did call you before the payment went through, but you refuse to cancel even though you sent no reminder. The fact that you flat refuse to offer any kind of compensation/ refund or cancel it is ludicrous. If I have an unhappy customer, the last thing I am going to do is refuse to work with them.

She got back to me 3 hours before she said she would and even sent me an email with the documentation I was looking for. She was cheerful, empathetic, helpful, and even slid in a few jokes!
