Jannice is amazing!! Jannice is amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable with options that I can provide to one of customers when they were having issues finding financing for their project with us. She went above and beyond with making sure I had multiple solutions to present and even made me laugh with her bubbly personality and jokes! Our company strives to provide 5-star service to our plumbing and HVAC customers, so it is amazing to receive 5-star service from one of our partners. I mentioned this to her, but my phone call with Jannice was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you for all your help!
