She got back to me 3 hours before she said she would and even sent me an email with the documentation I was looking for. She was cheerful, empathetic, helpful, and even slid in a few jokes! The way my Monday was going, I needed a good laugh and she delivered! She clearly loves helping her customers and never hesitated to give me advice for moving forward with the utilization of Hearth! Give that girl a raise! ❤️
