Your initial contact sales reps are complete liars . I have kept a chronological order of all my dealings with HEARTH , and emails . I am definitely going to report these to the proper authorities. Disgusting practices, all blamed on the lenders , yet HEARTH is my contact for these companies. It’s called Bait and switch . Period.

Best customer service rep ever! She was wonderful! So personable, get attitude and sense of humor. Did not waste any of my time, short and sweet call but touched on everything necessary. Hands down the best customer service call I have ever had. She was prepared and walked me through the whole process. She’s an asset to the Hearth team :)

Jannice was awesome!! Jannice was awesome!!! I’m new to Hearth and I ran into what I thought was a denial for a customer. Jannice was able to instantly identify the problem, and just as quickly deliver a solution to my issue. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
