Jannice was awesome!! Jannice was awesome!!! I’m new to Hearth and I ran into what I thought was a denial for a customer. Jannice was able to instantly identify the problem, and just as quickly deliver a solution to my issue. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent Customer Service Jannice was very personable and a delight to talk to. She showed me how to use my system for new clients.
