They were brilliant and installed broadband that was as fast as my sons connection in central London. I can't recommend them highly enough they can help homes in the most remote parts of the South Hams areas that other companies can't. Brilliant easy to work with company

Back to the Future Having lived in a rural area for the last 18 months my Internet service had been dreadful with downloads speeds of between 2-3 mbps, quite frankly I was losing the will to live. Buffering and freezing would mean a 30 min programme would take 2 hours to watch. From a chance meeting at a petrol station I discovered Skylight Broadband, and within two days they had been round, surveyed and installed my new service. No long calls to several people in Mumbai, just quick, efficient local service. Immediately I was getting 50mbps+ and I almost can't believe it. I'm convinced their vehicle was a Dolorean disguised as a van as I feel I have been bumped back to the future and I'm now back in century 21. Great installation Very happy with the outcome of the broadband installation. It looked as if it would be almost impossible but the two engineers managed to find one site which found a good signal.

Technical issues were explained with clarity for a non techie like me and I felt we were joint problem solving rather than being bamboozled by someone like you do with some companies. Helen went t great trouble to get hold of us as well and was persistent until she caught us. I am really impressed with Skylight. We had a really unstable connection with our previous providers but this has NEVER FAILED!! Amazing considering we live in the sticks, very rural area with no mobile signal. I can work from home, attend meetings, watch NETFLIX! We feel we have joined the 21st century albeit rather late.

Along came Skylight and now we have reliable fast broadband. If we do have any problems, and they are rare, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
