GBSwitched to sky few weeks ago, but no router no internet Switched to sky few weeks ago. Openreach arrived to install fibre. Very helpful. But sky had not sent router/hub. Phoned said , will be there in an hour. No sign. On account Not dispatched. Wrote a complaint , then dispatched. Royal mail tracking Not received till 15.11. phoned First person 3-5 days. No internet. Transferred to another. Made many excuses. Know problem with supplier but asked why we were not informed. Then said will arrive today. When told royal mail still not received, then said may be tomorrow. Could be 3-5 days. Very evasive. Extremely poor service to start with. Be warned.

GBAndy was incredible helpful and made… Andy was incredible helpful and made the whole process so easy. With previous comments regarding how remote our home is, I wasn’t 100% hopeful for a successful process but the results are beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for your help.

GBfriendly, helpful and efficient. I found Skylight Broadband to be friendly, helpful and efficient. They were not all "pushy" and dealt with any queries I had effectively without making me feel inadequate. I have not had to get any help since the installation, but I anticipate that their customer service will be first class.

ESThis is a fantastic internet service This is a fantastic internet service, the staff are very quick to respond and you get through to an actual person that can sort any questions or problems, which have been very few indeed. GBDue to having very poor Internet with… Due to having very poor Internet with other broadband suppliers I contacted skylight. They were brilliant and installed broadband that was as fast as my sons connection in central London. I can't recommend them highly enough they can help homes in the most remote parts of the South Hams areas that other companies can't. Brilliant easy to work with company
