Great tool for hosts We use ChargeAutomation to collect security deposits, rental agreements, and some payments from guests when they book on various platforms. It's very nice to have a unified and automated system to handle this and allow guests to self service. After they complete their info they have access to our guidebook and keycode as well. In addition I would like to mention that ChargeAutomation support is pretty great. While the software is still maturing, the support team is quick to address issues and get fixes in from their dev team.

Very pleasant experience I enjoyed using the Charge Automation software when I booked my rental on Booking.com. I really liked the fact that when I wanted to pay for the reservation it actually did something like an otp with my bank so it ensured it was me. Also it was very easy to see details from the host about the wifi and local restaurants in the area on the charge automation platform. Definitely good tool for the host.
