GBEveryone who responded to my emails was AMAZING!!! Everyone responded to my email within 5 to 10 minutes maybe even less (at 1:30am also) I was switched over to 3 different reps and everyone knew all my information so I didn’t have to retype everything again. All this was done thru email which I love! Everyone who responded to my e-mail was AMAZING!!!!!

GBProduct leaked in transit and has damaged lid I had an issue with a product leaking in transit and emailed customer service and literally heard back from them in a couple minutes and within five minutes a new replacement order was completed! My daughter forgot to add her discount code on her order before submitting and immediately emailed Truly and they gladly credited her discount back. In our two experiences as first time Truly customers we have had outstanding customer service!! Thank you for that!! It’s so rare.

GBAll around amazing honestly! They are incredibly helpful with customer service when you need adjusting with your order! The products are surprisingly clearing my strawberry legs and all smell amazing! :)

GBI already voiced my concerns before… I already voiced my concerns before about how my products were shipped and I guess it did not matter. I have email correspondence in regards to how my products were shipped with cracked lids and how certain promo deals were promoted and but not honored. I sent pictures and all! I even stated how I understand how certain items ran out so I may not have been able to get the gold scoop for a product. No response back. I expected more given the pricing of the product. Great products not so great customer service
