Wrong item received in bundle I contacted Truly Beauty about my order because I received an item that was not in the Unicorn Blast Bundle and after sending an email to them with photos of the label and the item I received incorrect, Ignacio and Ilonah were very helpful to send the correct item. Genuine Company! Truly Beauty has a wonderful array of products that assist with several different concerns, etc. This is amazing as you’ll likely find any type of skin concern product at Truly :). I made a purchase tonight and was able to order a customized shave bundle! This was so exciting to me that I was able to create my bundle so easily and seamlessly. The bundle was discounted too which was so amazing! Truly cares about their customers, they have a great rewards program which I also was able to claim for free by using my points 🩷. I already voiced my concerns before… I already voiced my concerns before about how my products were shipped and I guess it did not matter. I have email correspondence in regards to how my products were shipped with cracked lids and how certain promo deals were promoted and but not honored. I sent pictures and all! I even stated how I understand how certain items ran out so I may not have been able to get the gold scoop for a product. No response back. I expected more given the pricing of the product. Great products not so great customer service
