Genuine Company! Truly Beauty has a wonderful array of products that assist with several different concerns, etc. This is amazing as you’ll likely find any type of skin concern product at Truly :). I made a purchase tonight and was able to order a customized shave bundle! This was so exciting to me that I was able to create my bundle so easily and seamlessly. The bundle was discounted too which was so amazing! Truly cares about their customers, they have a great rewards program which I also was able to claim for free by using my points 🩷. I will continue to be Truly customer ☺️.

I was having issues ordering my product… I was having issues ordering my product yesterday and a couple of team support told me what to do so I waited until this morning. Got another email saying they safe by cart and now I just place order. Can’t wait to try it. Thank you for all your help. Much appreciate it.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. 3 products were shattered when I received my order. What’s worse - I opened the box on my bed next to my 14 year old daughter. Shards of glass went everywhere, because I didn’t know the glass jars were broken until I unraveled the brown paper. What happened to the bubble wrap? I have cuts on my thumb and index finger. I’m over it. I have many photos of everything. My first experience with this company. Horrible.
