GBI already voiced my concerns before… I already voiced my concerns before about how my products were shipped and I guess it did not matter. I have email correspondence in regards to how my products were shipped with cracked lids and how certain promo deals were promoted and but not honored. I sent pictures and all! I even stated how I understand how certain items ran out so I may not have been able to get the gold scoop for a product. No response back. I expected more given the pricing of the product. Great products not so great customer service

GBAll around amazing honestly! They are incredibly helpful with customer service when you need adjusting with your order! The products are surprisingly clearing my strawberry legs and all smell amazing! :)

GBI used 3 of the products I ordered in… I used 3 of the products I ordered in the 3 for 3 deal I saw. The butt cream, the acai boobies, and the unicorn lotion. OMG! I ordered 2 other things and haven't even gotten through everything I have yet! I'm obsessed!!!! Everything smells amazing and feels so good! I also have very sensitive skin and none of these products so far has given me any type of irritation!! I LOVE IT!!!!!

GBI had a bad smelling product. I had a bad smelling product and you guys reached out to me to make it better. That alone was nice of you and I appreciate it. I sent all the necessary pictures of the product and quickly got fixed up with a new one on the way. I really appreciate it and I’m excited that you guys have such great customer support. Thank you, I look forward to a new product (coco rose fudge) and hopefully it smells good.
