I already voiced my concerns before… I already voiced my concerns before about how my products were shipped and I guess it did not matter. I have email correspondence in regards to how my products were shipped with cracked lids and how certain promo deals were promoted and but not honored. I sent pictures and all! I even stated how I understand how certain items ran out so I may not have been able to get the gold scoop for a product. No response back. I expected more given the pricing of the product. Great products not so great customer service

Create a seamless experience for the user. You need to hire a digital ecommerce ui/ux specialist to create a seamless user experience for the customer. The website doesn’t have a wish list but the app does and I can’t directly add the product to the cart. I have to switch back and forth between app and website. Also the website doesn’t recognise international addresses and I had to use the app to make my purchase. Discount codes are hard to redeem because error message says they’ve been used too often.

First Time Order This is my first order and I have not received it yet. So I can't speak to delivery or quality of product. I am looking forward to receiving my order, as I have looked at these products for a very long time.
