GBWorst Customer Service on the Planet. Worst Customer Service on the Planet. Site got hacked - Database Injected. Domain Re-directed. Could not initiate Backup of Database using their system. Nor could they. Contacted their Fraud Department. No reply 48 hours later. Support Department - its been escalated because its a problem their end. Still waiting 48 hours later. Meanwhile our e-commerce site is down losing business because their database backup system is not working. No emails. No contact No support Why?? Save your money = go elsewhere

GBEmail suddenly stopped working at 3pm… Email suddenly stopped working at 3pm yesterday across all my devices. Saying failure to connect to server so clearly a technical issue at TSOHOST side. No live chat, no phone number for support so had to raise a ticket for help on their supposedly 24x7 support. 24 hours later no response and no email working which is crucial for me. Do not use them! Update: ZH I am still waiting for your private message for my personal details. Update 2: The response below from the business is clearly just a placeholder with no real urgency as I have still not received the message for my personal details. To save you time the ticket I have already raised is #3683448 Still waiting. This is beyond ridiculous. Is this company still even trading???

GBCustomer Service needs people, not bots After a useless and timewasting effort with your bot customer support pop up, I raised a ticket to resolve a problem on how to pay an invoice when the saved card (out of date) was the only option. I helpful guy called Martin wrote straight back and over a couple of hours everything was sorted. Thank you for a real person!
