Nor could they. Contacted their Fraud Department. No reply 48 hours later. Support Department - its been escalated because its a problem their end. Still waiting 48 hours later. Meanwhile our e-commerce site is down losing business because their database backup system is not working. No emails. No contact No support Why?? Save your money = go elsewhere

No live chat, no phone number for support so had to raise a ticket for help on their supposedly 24x7 support. 24 hours later no response and no email working which is crucial for me. Do not use them! Update: ZH I am still waiting for your private message for my personal details. Update 2: The response below from the business is clearly just a placeholder with no real urgency as I have still not received the message for my personal details.
