GBExcellent service and support I have used tsoHost for a number of years and generally have been very pleased with their service and support. Most recently, for example, I had a problem which required updating the DNS records to one of my domains which I was having great difficulty changing myself. (I'm most definitely a non-techie in this regard). Having sent off a support ticket I was therefore delighted and relieved when Martin got back to me saying that he had sorted everything out. Just the kind of excellent support that I needed and value.

GBIncredible Service I had to reach out to TSO Host as I didn't know where else to turn with a technical issue with my new domain. I told the agent Andreea that I was a total novice and didn't really know what I was talking about and they were amazing! Didn't make me feel silly for asking for help, sorted the issue and even explained what the problem was so I could understand it. I couldn't recommend TSO Host enough, they are fantastic.

GBBeen with TSO Host for over a decade Been with TSO Host for over a decade. Recent problems with my site frustrated me. I have had a brain injury causing fatigue, anxiety and memory problems. I was about to give up. Vlad-Stefan provided outstanding customer support including significant helpful detail in many prompt email responses. He sought solutions that met my need rather than oversell. He was self critical during problem solving and honest about different ways forward. Integrity exemplified. He used colleagues to solve some of my problems. I now have a cheaper, better solution with TSO Host. New servers with great service despite the challenges.

GBJulie (support) was an incredible help Julie was an incredible help, getting to the bottom of a DNS issue I was having. She was super responsive and knowledgeable and provided me with everything I needed, bespoke and not copy and pasted script. Top marks!

GBI love these people but... I love these people. Very easy to do business with and responsive, knowledgeable. One drawback- GLACIAL email servers. I wish I had a quid for every time in a week I get an email confirmation link mailed to me from a new site that expires in 10 minutes, and by the time it shows up in my inbox it has expired. I have contacted tech support about this a number of times and they said, "The response is within what we consider an acceptable window". Sorry- if I can't get signup links from sites in 15 minutes, that's not acceptable.
