Theodora Maria answered my chat request quickly and was very resourceful. Even though the issue I had needed further investigation (we had to raise a ticket) it was resolved within 15 minutes!

I love these people but... I love these people. Very easy to do business with and responsive, knowledgeable. One drawback- GLACIAL email servers. I wish I had a quid for every time in a week I get an email confirmation link mailed to me from a new site that expires in 10 minutes, and by the time it shows up in my inbox it has expired. I have contacted tech support about this a number of times and they said, "The response is within what we consider an acceptable window". Sorry- if I can't get signup links from sites in 15 minutes, that's not acceptable.
