Been with TSO Host for over a decade Been with TSO Host for over a decade. Recent problems with my site frustrated me. I have had a brain injury causing fatigue, anxiety and memory problems. I was about to give up. Vlad-Stefan provided outstanding customer support including significant helpful detail in many prompt email responses. He sought solutions that met my need rather than oversell. He was self critical during problem solving and honest about different ways forward. Integrity exemplified. Customer Service needs people, not bots After a useless and timewasting effort with your bot customer support pop up, I raised a ticket to resolve a problem on how to pay an invoice when the saved card (out of date) was the only option. I helpful guy called Martin wrote straight back and over a couple of hours everything was sorted. Thank you for a real person!
