GBAmazing customer service from Nada! I have just had the most amazing support from Nada. After accidentally deleting all my emails by messing around where I shouldn't have been, Nada spent a really long time (and with a lot of patience for my incompetence) helping me to recover everything. Amazingly helpful and friendly! Absolutely excellent customer service!

GBTSO service has crashed dramatically… TSO service has crashed dramatically over the past months. The level of active spam infiltrations since they migrated their servers has gone through the roof. They no longer have an on-line chat support and the only was to contact them is to raise a "ticket" which takes days to reply. You cannot even contact them by e-mail as their email support just says they cannot match your request to a support ticket even though you supply all the details in the e-mail. I now get on average almost 200 spam e-mails per day that is generated from MY OWN WORDPRESS and its impossible to contact these jokers. Use any other service provider. TSO used to be good but they are now shockingly poor. After 12 years of being with them I am moving elsewhere.

GBI love these people but... I love these people. Very easy to do business with and responsive, knowledgeable. One drawback- GLACIAL email servers. I wish I had a quid for every time in a week I get an email confirmation link mailed to me from a new site that expires in 10 minutes, and by the time it shows up in my inbox it has expired. I have contacted tech support about this a number of times and they said, "The response is within what we consider an acceptable window". Sorry- if I can't get signup links from sites in 15 minutes, that's not acceptable.

GBThe problem was fixed timeously The problem was fixed timeously. There is no issue there. It is how it was fixed that impressed. Martin took time to listen & understood the gravity. His responses thereafter were notably effective. Communications were concise sometimes employing a light sprinkling of well placed candour for additional clarity. Straight to the heart of the matter, no faffing about moved matters along expeditiously. Aside of the speed & skill he employed, I found Martin's approach properly professional thus he gets my first ever five star award.
