GBWorst Customer Service on the Planet. Worst Customer Service on the Planet. Site got hacked - Database Injected. Domain Re-directed. Could not initiate Backup of Database using their system. Nor could they. Contacted their Fraud Department. No reply 48 hours later. Support Department - its been escalated because its a problem their end. Still waiting 48 hours later. Meanwhile our e-commerce site is down losing business because their database backup system is not working. No emails. No contact No support Why?? Save your money = go elsewhere

GBTSO Technical Support are wonderful… TSO Technical Support are wonderful they always advise and help me beyond expectations and very quickly. Far better than another company i used to host my website. Martin today was amazing he solved and answered a lot of questions about building a new website hosted by them. A+++++++

GBExcellent service and support I have used tsoHost for a number of years and generally have been very pleased with their service and support. Most recently, for example, I had a problem which required updating the DNS records to one of my domains which I was having great difficulty changing myself. (I'm most definitely a non-techie in this regard). Having sent off a support ticket I was therefore delighted and relieved when Martin got back to me saying that he had sorted everything out. Just the kind of excellent support that I needed and value.
