Email suddenly stopped working at 3pm… Email suddenly stopped working at 3pm yesterday across all my devices. Saying failure to connect to server so clearly a technical issue at TSOHOST side. No live chat, no phone number for support so had to raise a ticket for help on their supposedly 24x7 support. 24 hours later no response and no email working which is crucial for me. Do not use them! Update: ZH I am still waiting for your private message for my personal details. Update 2: The response below from the business is clearly just a placeholder with no real urgency as I have still not received the message for my personal details. To save you time the ticket I have already raised is #3683448 Still waiting. This is beyond ridiculous. Is this company still even trading???

TSO service has crashed dramatically… TSO service has crashed dramatically over the past months. The level of active spam infiltrations since they migrated their servers has gone through the roof. They no longer have an on-line chat support and the only was to contact them is to raise a "ticket" which takes days to reply. You cannot even contact them by e-mail as their email support just says they cannot match your request to a support ticket even though you supply all the details in the e-mail. I now get on average almost 200 spam e-mails per day that is generated from MY OWN WORDPRESS and its impossible to contact these jokers. Use any other service provider. TSO used to be good but they are now shockingly poor. After 12 years of being with them I am moving elsewhere.
