After 9 days I hadn't received he pod and contacted CS and was told that you didn't have have the delivery package necessary to send the pod. If you weren't ready to send the product, why put it up sale until you are fully ready?

I think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.
