They respond to emails and inquiries very quickly, they stand behind their products absolutely and are professional, helpful, friendly . This is the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for. I totally trust this company. I had a LED mat stop working properly. I contact acted them and they immediately responded with a request for a short video to illustrate the malfunction. They then quickly made arrangements to replace the malfunctioning mat. Wonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.

Need humans to respond to emails I love your products. But this last time when I tried through email to upgrade my order to a bundle before the order was ready to ship I could not get a real person to respond. I ordered the pad wanted to switch to bundle with light pad and the light/laser pro add on for an additional 50.00.....no one responded. ORDER #NV166929
