I think the pad itself is too small I think the pad itself is too small. I’m not a large person and it seems too small to me. The strap is fine but I think it would be better if the strap was actually attached to the pad instead of being separate. I’ve used this everyday since I received it sometimes even twice a day and I have not noticed any difference in my back pain. Honestly nothing different than a regular heating pad does. This is just my honest opinion and experience with it. It may do a great job for others, it just did nothing for me.

unprepared The recovery pod sale was announced and I made a quick purchase to make sure that I was able to obtain 1 from a small number. After 9 days I hadn't received he pod and contacted CS and was told that you didn't have have the delivery package necessary to send the pod. If you weren't ready to send the product, why put it up sale until you are fully ready?

Excellent customer service My light pad stopped working. I was asked to send a short video which I did and the same day a replacement was sent. Incredible customer service. I am so impressed!

Great Ordering Experience & Great Results!, Can't wait to get the Laser! The ordering process was easy and the confirmation came quickly, so all is good there. This tool is great, I am cutting back on my pain meds and my two older cats (13 and 18 yr old resue tabbies) and I are moving around better. My elder cats are doing things they haven't done in years. Helping my wife with her feet as well (diabetic neuropathy).
