GBMixed Results Had mixed experience with Maxback. First transaction went really smoothly. Got what they quoted and it was quick. Second interaction not as good. They indicated the phone was unlocked and not Verizon and that condition was much worse than I estimated. OK, unlocked should be slightly better than locked and perhaps I wasn't good at determining whether scratches were worse than normal wear and tear. But the amount they offered was significantly below what they were offering online if I had assessed the condition at the lower category they were saying it fell in. BUT they were really efficient in sending it back when I declined their offer which I appreciated! BTW- ended up sending the phone elsewhere and got a lot more for it.

GBCompletely satisfied This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.

GBMaxback was so easy to deal with Maxback was so easy to deal with. They sent me the label so I didn't have to pay shipping. I said my two-yr.-old Pixel 2 (64 GB) was in excellent condition and they gave me the excellent price which was double what I would have gotten with Verizon. They didn't question anything about the condition and the money was transferred to my Paypal account. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

GBTroublesome Maxback moved offices without proper forwarding instructions to USPS, and my item was returned to me. This delayed an already very slow process. We disagreed on the condition of my item, which I never claimed to be pristine, and they lowballed the original offer by 75%. I will never use Maxback again, and will instead use Gazelle, where I've never had trouble.

GBHighly recommend I have been using Maxback for a few years now and they are wonderful! For me they have paid out more money then other companies offer. They have a good turnaround in checking your items as well as with the payment. Also, they have a great costumer service which I had the pleasure of speaking with when I forgot to deactivate find my phone. A bit embarrassing, they were extremely understanding considering they send you all the steps several times and in bold letters. I would highly recommend!
