Terrible Terrible. Send them items that are near perfect condition and they always say it is in poor condition. They are ripping you off. Find a more honest organization.

I love Maxback I love Maxback! I used to sell all my iPhone's on eBay going back to the very first 2G iPhone. I really got sick of scammers and the ridiculous fees eBay took out for selling devices. I did alot of searching and found Maxback was much better that competitors like Gazelle, etc... as they always had a bonus coupon code available and always paid out the highest amounts. They also have fantastic customer service as I was awaiting my new iPhone, they extended my quote date so I did not have to send back my phone before I received the new one. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to get a quote from Maxback.

Completely satisfied This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.

Easy to work with, fast and fair! Great communications, easy process, fast refund. Got full value they quoted me too. Have used several times before for selling Apple products. They offered over $100 more than Verizon or Apple. Highly recommend!

Ok but slow to mail check The sale of my iPad was fine, but just be aware MaxBack is actually Clover Wireless and they were very slow to mail the check. The sale was finalized on Oct 1 and I did not receive the check until Oct 16. I called and they said they mailed them the check Oct 5, but the envelop that arrived had an Oct 12 postmark date indicating it wasn’t actually mailed until much latter. Also very odd, the check arrived in a hand addressed envelop (handwriting) with an actual postage stamp. Most other companies send checks in a window envelop and postal meter.
