Terrible Terrible. Send them items that are near perfect condition and they always say it is in poor condition. They are ripping you off. Find a more honest organization.

Completely satisfied This was my second or third time using MAXBACK and as always they offer the most money for your device and receiving your check is fairly quick, around 14 days from notice of the check being issued. I will definitely use MAXBACK in the future.

Fast and easy Fast and easy. The whole process went smoothly, even though my initial condition estimate was downgraded. They handled the downgrade efficiently and included pictures that made it easy to see the problem. I had used a coupon to get an extra $10 for my exchange, and when I didn’t see that included in the final amount I thought I’d have to talk to someone on the phone. But when I checked my order online it clearly explained that the downgrade brought the total under $100, disqualifying the coupon. Again, clear and simple.

This is my second time using MAXBACK. After entering my Apple Watch information I knew immediately what my MAXBACK offer was which I felt was very reasonable. I waited until I received my new Apple Watch before sending in the one I was selling to MAXBACK. The clock was ticking on the 30 day offer but fortunately my new watch arrived in time and I boxed up and mailed the watch in the next day. It took six days from mailing the watch until MAXBACK received it and confirmed the offer. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy.
