AUGame changer The additional features that have been released in the past year really do separate ZonGuru from other software companies in this space. If it wasn’t for this software we really couldn’t make the decisions that we do ,with any comfort or speed that the market requires. I won’t be letting go of this!

AUZonGuru has really improved ZonGuru has really improved since it first started. The easy to use graphical interface is perfect for beginners while now having many features for advanced sellers. I've used a few different software offerings in the market over the last few years and still keep coming back to ZonGuru for how easy it is. Let's not forget how good and fast the support from the team is. They should price it a bit higher IMO.

AUZonguru (ZG) are the absolute best! Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute leaders in software when it comes to online selling. I'm am not the most IT savvy person and the ZG tools are easy to use and save so much time when it comes to product research and keywords. I'm incredibly grateful and can't recommend them enough, a special thank you to Darren who has gone above and beyond to assist me on many occasions. Keep up the outstanding work!

AUMUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon… MUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon research. So many great ideas behind the suite of tools, follow the 12 steps - keyword on fire, target and filter long tail, optimize your listing and pull the back end listing of your competitors, check your ASIN checker, and use the spotlight tool, WOW.., and updates, utube trainings and interviews with experts. The guys and girls have been amazingly helpful and are there responding quickly = its got it all.

AURefund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.
