AUMUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon… MUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon research. So many great ideas behind the suite of tools, follow the 12 steps - keyword on fire, target and filter long tail, optimize your listing and pull the back end listing of your competitors, check your ASIN checker, and use the spotlight tool, WOW.., and updates, utube trainings and interviews with experts. The guys and girls have been amazingly helpful and are there responding quickly = its got it all.

AUZonGuru data miners Of all the data miners and utilisers that I have ever viewed for the Amazon Platform, there is absolutely none that has impressed me more than this group. These guys sometimes appear to be teaching from a position that most of us Amazon Wannabees could not even understand or remember the upspeak for! AND THEN IT CLICKS! Get the points that these tutors put out and you know your gonna make money.

NZThe One Service I Can't Do Without. I've been using zonguru for two years… I've been using zonguru for two years now, in all phases of product cycle and have found it to be absolutely indispensable. I have even abandoned a well known and very skilled PPC company in favour of the advice and strategies offered by zonguru. Their customer service responsiveness is second to none is my experience and no problem is too small or large for zonguru to help with. When it comes to selling on Amazon, it's the one company I can't do without.

AUGreat tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.
