AUZonguru (ZG) are the absolute best! Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute leaders in software when it comes to online selling. I'm am not the most IT savvy person and the ZG tools are easy to use and save so much time when it comes to product research and keywords. AUI have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

AUI was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks
