These guys sometimes appear to be teaching from a position that most of us Amazon Wannabees could not even understand or remember the upspeak for! AND THEN IT CLICKS! I was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks
