ZonGuru Blackbelts in Service & Intel! I suspect the ZonGuru team are all trained ninjas - at least in the art of Amazon intel if not after dark. They say you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear: Well, that's why I'm using the ZonGuru application to find a silk purse in the first place, coupled with a modern team who've got the communication skills & smarts on how to do just that. Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute best! Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute leaders in software when it comes to online selling. I'm am not the most IT savvy person and the ZG tools are easy to use and save so much time when it comes to product research and keywords. I have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

I cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.
