I've been using zonguru for two years… I've been using zonguru for two years now, in all phases of product cycle and have found it to be absolutely indispensable. I have even abandoned a well known and very skilled PPC company in favour of the advice and strategies offered by zonguru. Their customer service responsiveness is second to none is my experience and no problem is too small or large for zonguru to help with. When it comes to selling on Amazon, it's the one company I can't do without.

GBThis is a top drawer piece of software! Having been a software developer myself, I can say with confidence that this is a superb tool, developed in a very thoughtful way by people who are themselves Amazon sellers. It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

AUI cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.
