I have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

Highly recommend if you’re taking Amazon seriously.

You don't come across many personable orgs with the knowledge, skills, care and time for their customers/clients as these guys. These guys just keep learning and sharing valuable knowledge. Refund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

A must have tool for somebody new to Amazon As somebody starting out in the Amazon selling business ZonGuru is an invaluable tool. The ability to research products, see what is actually selling and avoid pitfalls is priceless. Without ZonGuru I would just be flying blind when it comes to product selection and , to be honest, probably wouldn't be selling on Amazon.
