AUGreat tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.

AUZonGuru Blackbelts in Service & Intel! I suspect the ZonGuru team are all trained ninjas - at least in the art of Amazon intel if not after dark. They say you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear: Well, that's why I'm using the ZonGuru application to find a silk purse in the first place, coupled with a modern team who've got the communication skills & smarts on how to do just that. AUMust have for Amazon sellers I have been an Amazon seller for 4 years now and found Zonguru has changed with the industry to keep pace and exceed what others are doing.The dashboard is easy to navigate and I can do product research as well as monitor my KPIs and business value Outstanding service whenever I encounter an issue plus the ongoing trainings available .Its in my must have toolkit for Amazon.

AUI have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

CAA must have tool for somebody new to Amazon As somebody starting out in the Amazon selling business ZonGuru is an invaluable tool. The ability to research products, see what is actually selling and avoid pitfalls is priceless. Without ZonGuru I would just be flying blind when it comes to product selection and , to be honest, probably wouldn't be selling on Amazon.
