This is a top drawer piece of software! Having been a software developer myself, I can say with confidence that this is a superb tool, developed in a very thoughtful way by people who are themselves Amazon sellers. It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

Refund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

I cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute best! Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute leaders in software when it comes to online selling. I'm am not the most IT savvy person and the ZG tools are easy to use and save so much time when it comes to product research and keywords. I'm incredibly grateful and can't recommend them enough, a special thank you to Darren who has gone above and beyond to assist me on many occasions. Keep up the outstanding work!

I was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks
