GBThis is a top drawer piece of software! Having been a software developer myself, I can say with confidence that this is a superb tool, developed in a very thoughtful way by people who are themselves Amazon sellers. It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

GBTake money even if you cancel Signed up to there 7 day free trial, cancelled the subscription on day 3 as I think there are better systems out there. Message popped up when I cancelled that they would take no payment. I used my credit card so put a block on my card as I thought they may try to take payment. I was right they tried to take payment so contacted my card merchant stopped any further payments coming out. Look at other reviews on here you'll see that they will take payment after 7 days and apparently they won't refund the money.

AUGreat tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.

AUI was on free trial I was on free trial. And afrer free trial they deducted payments for full year. Which I haven't sign up. I need to cancel full yr subscription. It is q great tool but I am beginner anf can't afford $452 right now. I inform them but no contact so far. UPDATE in 3hours Thanks Adam for solving the issue. They refunded full amount and also offer discount on future subscription. I appreciate work by Adam. And I will be back soon. Once again product is good the only issue was I cant afford full yr subscription at moments. Thanks

AUI have tried to cancel my subscription… I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!
