Refund process and customer service is horrible Used the tool once; never used it again and they refused to provide a refund. They can clearly see that I haven't logged into the tool for over a year, and yet are happy to charge me more than A$550 for absolutely nothing. Zero empathy or thought for humans at a time where everyone is struggling financially. Have a think about how you treat your "customer" in future and don't lock them into lengthy, expensive subscriptions that you refuse to refund. Many reviews across the web with the same experience. My recommendation: Find another software provider who treats people with respect and empathy.

The One Service I Can't Do Without. I've been using zonguru for two years… I've been using zonguru for two years now, in all phases of product cycle and have found it to be absolutely indispensable. I have even abandoned a well known and very skilled PPC company in favour of the advice and strategies offered by zonguru. Their customer service responsiveness is second to none is my experience and no problem is too small or large for zonguru to help with.
