This is a top drawer piece of software! Having been a software developer myself, I can say with confidence that this is a superb tool, developed in a very thoughtful way by people who are themselves Amazon sellers. It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

I cancelled my subscription 3 payments… I cancelled my subscription 3 payments ago. They are still taking money out of my account. What the hell do I have to do to stop this outright thievery. I’ve been on their chat , they say it’s fixed but it never is . Absolute joke as far as customer service or care.

Great tool but Support team availability is not good enough Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.

MUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon… MUST have Zonguru tools for all Amazon research. So many great ideas behind the suite of tools, follow the 12 steps - keyword on fire, target and filter long tail, optimize your listing and pull the back end listing of your competitors, check your ASIN checker, and use the spotlight tool, WOW.., and updates, utube trainings and interviews with experts. The guys and girls have been amazingly helpful and are there responding quickly = its got it all.

Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute best! Zonguru (ZG) are the absolute leaders in software when it comes to online selling. I'm am not the most IT savvy person and the ZG tools are easy to use and save so much time when it comes to product research and keywords. I'm incredibly grateful and can't recommend them enough, a special thank you to Darren who has gone above and beyond to assist me on many occasions. Keep up the outstanding work!
